PURPOSE: Shared Agreement (purpose)
CONTEXT: This purpose is fundamental to being able to complete the Ledger Application, and acts as a direct learning experience to feed in to the Collaboration Marketplace purpose.
Develop a robust Shared Agreement that can give all contributors to the application confidence that their work will be appropriately recognised, and that they will be happy to contribute as they expect to the development work should the Application be successful.
It is proposed that this Shared Agreement be structured as a mutual agreement between all participants, at the outset as a Memorandum of Agreement, with a view to legal formalisation only as considered necessary.
Considerable experience in crafting such Member Agreements, exists within the pool of persons who will be invited to participate.
