PURPOSE: Identify Collaborators (purpose)
CONTEXT: This purpose is a key contribution to the Ledger Application, and acts as a direct learning experience to feed in to the Collaboration Marketplace purpose. It is also a key vehicle for developing and driving the Shared Agreement purpose.
Bring together a range of potentially interested collaborators in this Application, and work together to identify the best formation that can be assembled, and how this formation should be represented in terms of the Shared agreement and the application.
The Ledger fund requires either 3 named persons, or 2 ‘legal persons’ as the official Applicants for the award.
Roles/expertise in 3 named individuals (resident in a qualifying country) are required:
- Research / academic
- Business Development
- Development / Technical
Identifying candidates for these roles early is obviously critical.
Named individuals from the Applicants are expected to be working on the project in such a way that their contributions combine to make 2 full-time equivalent workers from June 202 until July 2021.
It is assumed that appx €80k will accrue for this contribution. This leaves €120k for other project expenditure, which makes the participation of many others in less time consuming roles possible.
