PURPOSE: Technical Development (purpose)
CONTEXT: This purpose is a key contribution to the Ledger Application, and supports the Collaboration Marketplace purpose. It is also a key vehicle for developing and driving the Identify Collaborators and Shared Agreement purposes.
Develop a strong technical pitch that informs / feeds in to the Collaboration Marketplace proposal
While this is clearly a project where tech architecture should be designed around social architecture, it is clear that certain technologies will be highly relevant, and that others will be in the mix.

- Mutual Credit accounting to support multi-tier federation (multi-currency inc fiat would be nice)
